After Creating your Wallet, you must configure the network on which Carbon2o2 works, it is a very fast process, you just have to follow the following steps:
Set up your Wallet in your browser
1. Setup for Polygon Network
Click on the Metamask icon in your browser bar and click on the "Add Network" option.
Fill out the form with the following information and click the "Save" button:
- Network Name: Polygon Mainnet
- New RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com
- ChainID: 137
- Symbol: MATIC
- Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com/
You can now see a Polygon Network in the Networks tab, and you have created an account/wallet for it. You will also notice that the wallet address is the same as for the Ethereum network. That’s perfectly normal as Polygon is not just compatible with the Ethereum network as a layer 2 for it, but one of the network functions is working and connecting with all blockchains that are interoperable with the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine).
