Carbon2o2 is a project founded in 2021 in Naples, Florida. The Company seeks to take its carbon credits and retail them in the form of an ERC20 (Ethereum-based) token.

FOUNDER TOKEN SALE STAGE I
Carbon2o2 is currently retailing Founder Tokens to the public.
The Founder Token Stage will end once we have funded 800 tokens sold.
Each Founder Token has an equity smart contract worth 0.05% of the Carbon2o2 Corporation’s, 2,000 Carbon2o2 Regular Tokens, and 150,000 Carbon Credits. Additionally, each Founder Token will have a dividend contract yielding annual dividends.
FOUNDER TOKEN SALE STAGE II
We are currently in Stage II. During this stage Founder Coins are priced at $5,000, and we only have 125 Founder Coins for sale. There is no closing date, therefore we hope to have the complete sale of these Founder Coins before continuing to the next stage of the project.
FOUNDER TOKEN DIVIDEND
When a carbon credit is banked into the platform, outside corporations will have the ability to purchase those credits. The amount paid for the credits will be airdropped to all Founder Token Holders based on the pro-rata share percentage of ownership.
COMMERCIAL TOKEN STAGE
Once all founder coins have been sold, Carbon2o2 will enter a commercial stage in which a maximum of 71,440,000 commercial tokens will be listed. Carbon2o2 intends to ICO.
